Application does not guarantee selection. Selection of teams will be announced via livestream on January 15, 2027. Selected participants are requested to join the announcement livestream, where a draft-style process will be held to choose biotope assignments. Failure to join the livestream will result in a default assignment of biotope. See official rules on the event website for more information.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The Great Lakes Fish Convention (GLFC) and Aquatic Gardeners Association (AGA) will be using hashtags, Instagram tagged handles, Facebook pages, and website URLs during promotion of the event. By participating as a competitor you agree to allow GLFC and AGA to use any images provided on our website, Instagram or Facebook pages to positively promote the event.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

This section deals with the rules and regulations of the event.

I will make every effort to join in and participate in the selection livestream on January 15, 2027. I understand that a biotope assignment will be made for me if I do not attend.

I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the event, and conduct myself in a professional manner while participating in the AGALive contest.

I understand that my entry must remain completed and on display until the show ends Saturday and that I may not begin tear-down or remove my entry until that time.

I consent to be recorded and/or photographed during the contest for use in promotional and/or marketing materials for The AGA and/or GLFC.

I agree to be in attendance from Thursday through Saturday.
