You are encouraged to review the Lacey Act, the Endangered Species Act (ESA), and other relevant legislation, such as the WI DNR Invasive Species list, before displaying or distributing wildlife. The Convention host organization, The American Livebearer Association, will not accept any fish prohibited by the U.S. Endangered Species Act (ESA) or in violation of applicable laws in our shows.
